Shipping policy

We ship orders Monday - Friday, unless otherwise indicated on the website banner for holidays or vacation. (Orders placed Saturday or Sunday will typically ship the following Monday.) 

We provide same business day order processing on orders placed before 3pm EST. 

We ship via UPS and USPS. (For special shipping arrangements, please email Bill@BillsBilliards.com to determine if we can meet your request.) 

You will be provided a tracking number after your order is processed. 

For our International Shipping Customers (EU & Worldwide) We ship internationally via UPS and USPS. Delivery to EU countries typically takes 6-14 business days depending on the service selected at checkout. Customers are responsible for any customs duties and import taxes, which are collected at checkout. Please note that delivery times may vary due to customs processing.
